Aashram Ltd ("we", "us") makes apps and games. We design everything to collect as little information as possible. This policy applies to all of our apps and to this website. Where a particular app handles data differently, that app's section below (or its App Store privacy details) explains how.
Who we are
Aashram Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 00000000). We are the data controller for any personal data described here.
Information our apps collect
Unless an app's own section says otherwise, our apps do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, location or contacts, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Data stored on your device
App progress and settings are stored on your device only and are not sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.
Apps for children
Our children's apps never ask children for personal information. They have no accounts, chat, social features or third-party advertising, and links, purchases and parent settings sit behind a parental gate so children cannot reach them by accident.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of this information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
Game Center
If our apps offer Apple Game Center features, these are provided by Apple and controlled by the Game Center settings on your device. We do not receive personal data from Game Center beyond what Apple makes available to games for those features.
Analytics and tracking
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Our children's apps use no advertising identifiers or third-party analytics at all. Apple may share anonymous, aggregated app statistics with us (such as download counts and crash reports) if you have chosen to share them with developers in your device settings.
This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. If you use our contact form, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you, and we keep them only as long as needed.

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If we change how our apps handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
